We accept all major credit cards.  We also accept bank cards, prepaid cards and all other cards online and by phone, and we accept all other method of payments and bank transfers throughPaypal>by following the instructions below.

PayPal: Call 702-617-3300 to order by phone or order online: Choose the Payment Type "Payment by Mail" and click "Continue" and type into the "Special Instuctions" window that you want to "Pay with PayPal". We will send a PayPal invoice to your email address. Please tell us what email address to send it to if different than the one you previously provided.

Money Orders: Please call 702-617-3300 for Money Order instructions.

Make Checks payable to: "Accredited Security" and mail to: 6017 Pine Ridge Rd Suite 73, Naples FL 34119-3956. Personal checks will need to wait until they clear. Rather than wait days and even weeks for a paper check to arrive and clear, you can use PayPal to easily pay instantly and safely from your checking or savings account.

Purchase Orders: We ship to government law enforcement agencies with or without a purchase order number for 30 Day Terms. Call 702-617-3300 or place your order online by selecting "Payment by Mail", click Continue and then type in that you wish to be invoiced along your Purchase Order number (if any) in the "Special Instructions" section.

Background Checks:
Law enforcement identities are verified and background checks are performed for everyone else. You must be 18 to order. Background checks on pre-owned TASER model weapons are performed beforehand so that they are already registered and working when received.

Shipping:
Orders ship the same or next business day via Priority Mail™ which ​now takes 2-4 Days depending on your zip code.

FedEx Overnight Next Day Shipping: Overnight next business day FedEx shipping is available when you CALL TO CONFIRM there is still time to ship it overnight. Call 702-617-3300 to confirm overnight next-day FedEx shipping availability.

Tax:
We collect Florida sales tax for individuals and agencies without a Florida Tax Exempt Certificate. No sales tax is charged in most other cases. Call 702-617-3300 for more information.

Delivery Time:
All orders are shipped within 24-48 hours and will be shipped the same day in most cases if your order is received by 3:00 PM Eastern. You will receive a www.USPS.com or FedEx tracking number confirmation by email. Call 702-617-3300 for FedEx confirmation that overnight service is available.

Purchases may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the purchase price less $25.00 or 25% restocking charge, whichever is greater. Purchaser must notify Accredited in advance of their intention to return the product and must pay for the return shipping. The return must arrive within 30 days of the purchase date in the same condition as when shipped. The refund will go back onto the card used for the purchase within 10 days of receipt.


90-DAY Replacement and ONE-YEAR Repair or Replacement Guarantee:
Should you have a problem during the first 90 days, you must contact us in advance. We will send you a replacement the same day or next business day when you provide us with the tracking number showing you have sent the defective unit back to us. Unless indicated otherwise, our products have a One-Year Warranty with the following exceptions. Units that have been immersed in water or show they were exposed to excessive heat or show signs of damage due to outside force, or are split open at the seam are not covered. Laser Sights, CID Central Information Displays and Arc Warning Buttons are warrantied for only 30 days. Covered items are either replaced or repaired at our option. Customer must contact us in advance before sending equipment. 

One Year Warranty:
There is a full One Year Repair or Replacement Warranty as described above. Contact us first by phone or email with a description of the problem in order to get authorization. Lifetime Replacement Guarantee:
Civilians may request free replacement by the manufacturer TASER International, Inc. of new TASER units if used by a civilian in self defense and lost when left behind at a crime scene when you send in the police report and submit a copy to the manufacturer subject to the manufacturer's policy at the time.


Restrictions: It is now legal for adults 18 and older to own and use TASER weapons in all 50 states and Peurto Rico. Law enforcement officers can type their agency name and badge number into the "Special Instructions" window that appears when you continue past the billing section. We do not sell or ship to Canada or anywhere else outside the United States. Please be aware of the local restrictions (if any) in your area. For example, Illinois residents must first obtain a FOID card. Remember that you possess and use a TASER Weapon at your own risk. We assume no responsibility or liability for the possession or use of your TASER weapon. Company policy requires a background check for every purchase to prevent sale to anyone with a felony conviction.


Privacy Policy: Purchasers must provide a driver's license number or other federal or state ID, the last four digits of their social security number, date of birth, a valid phone number, and other identifying information prior to shipping as part of the Anti-Felon campaign in cooperation with federal and local law enforcement agencies. This information remains confidential as specified by the privacy policy.

Disputes: We are a member of the Southern Nevada Better Business Bureau® under our corporate parent company Accredited Financial Services, LLC. We have been Accredited Members since 2006 and have been in business since 1994. We adhere to fair business practices and encourage you to contact us directly if you have a problem or complaint.
